ONE-TO-ONE PRIVATE CLASSES

Scared of yoga?  New to yoga?  Recovering from injury or dealing with an ongoing illness? Or just wanting to improve your technique in specific areas?  

A one-to-one will give you the confidence and the skills you require.  These sessions are held at my home studio in Sandringham. I am a Yoga Medicine® Therapy specialist and also trained to guide you through emotional processing.

Sessions are tailored to your needs and may incorporate strength/stability exercises, breath work, elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Myofascial release, Functional Range Conditioning® Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Guided Self Enquiry and sound healing.

I have experience working with clients with adrenal fatigue, anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia, PTSD, back, hip and shoulder injuries, osteoarthritis, beginners and advanced practitioners.  I combine my vast anatomical knowledge plus 20 years of yoga practice to create a session that is right for YOU. 

For an additional charge I can travel to yours if you prefer to be in your own home.
